Pankaj Bajaj Eldeco Says Gurgaon Has the Benefit Of Proximity to Airport Unlike Noida

It’s continuously been a shrewish quandary for corporates once it involves selecting between Noida and Gurgaon for putting in a workplace. The latter sometimes got the nod, a key reason being its proximity to the airport. However, currently with a replacement airport possible to turn up at Jewar on the Yamuna bank close to Noida, things may amend quite quickly.

CREDAI-NCR President, Pankaj Bajaj Eldeco Claims that:

"Noida always had better infrastructure compared to Gurgaon but the main difference was proximity to the airport. The forthcoming airport at Jewar will provide an uptick for all segments of the real estate - residential, office and industrial - in anticipation."

A replacement airport here is probably going to be an effort within for property development within this region and will bring home sales back to life that is withering over the past few years.

The new airport can, sure enough, usher in company demand with additional firms considering it as a secondary location that is cheaper yet. There is now an available additional demand for homes yet.

A new airport transforms into a locality. Noida and its surroundings may get remodeled from a poorer residential district of a metropolis to an affluent one. Roads can be amended and acquire lit up, law and order can improve, hotels can come back up and also space can get cleaner.

To expect Noida to catch up or overtake Gurgaon in terms of MNC presence was considered aiming too high; not even remotely possible in the next 10 years at least but that’s about to change because of the upcoming airport. The biggest plus of Noida is its infrastructure and even if Noida manages 50-60% of MNC presence in Gurgaon, coupled with better infrastructure; it will be enough to bring about solid positive changes.
